Aside from choosing cool toenail polishes, I don't think a whole lot about my feet. Maybe it's because they're so far from my brain, or maybe it's because they stay covered up in shoes. For whatever reason, they often get the shaft when it comes to pampering. Now I'm not going to lie, I enjoy the occasional pedicure and lovely toes, especially during the holidays. But when time is short, or money is tight, relaxing your feet without the spa can be difficult. Enter the Gaiam Restore Dual Foot Roller! The Dollar Stretcher was sent one of these to try out...so what is my opinion?

A Little About the Gaiam Restore Foot Roller

The Gaiam Restore Dual Foot Massage Roller is designed so that you can roll both feet on it at the same time. According to the Gaiam site, it increases circulation in your feet, and it also reduces foot soreness. It's also designed to be a self-massage tool for your feet too! The entire Gaiam restore line is meant to be used for recovery, pain relief, and releasing tension. And the products are typically small, so you can use them at the office, at home, or even at the gym!

What We Liked about the Gaiam Restore Foot Roller

There were several things I really liked about the this Restore Foot Roller. For starters, it feels great on tired feet. After a Saturday on my feet all day, cleaning inside and working outside the house, my feet welcomed a little massage with the foot roller. And it works great for extra massage and stretching after I run! Plus it's not very big, so it can fit in my gym bag or my purse if I want to take it to the gym with me for a foot massage after my workout. And for the price ($19.99), its a great way to relax tired feet without paying for a pricey pedicure.

What to Think About Before Purchasing a Gaiam Restore Foot Roller

Depending on where you go, a pedicure can cost upwards of $20.00, and you pay that every time you go. For that same price, you could get a Foot Roller, and massage your own feet whenever you feel like it! The foot rollers are available on Amazon so definitely check them out!

So that's it! In my opinion, the Gaiam Restore Dual Foot Roller is a great way to pamper your feet after long days of preparing for the holidays. Whether you are shopping, cooking, cleaning, or celebrating, this little foot roller is the perfect way to give your feet a treat during this busy holiday time!
