Get the Best Price on Favorite Items

My favorite money-saving app is Favado. (To download this app from Apple, please click here) You can select stores where you shop and get weekly updates that show their sales, including coupons that might be available for the items. You can also do a search for a particular item, such as peanut butter, and it will show you which store currently the best price for the item.

Our Family Loves These Apps

On our iPhones, we use daily Grocery Gadget and Milog. These two apps have made life so much easier for us and I can highly recommend them. With Grocery Gadget, my husband and I both have the app on our phones, logged into the same Grocery Gadget account. Either of us can add items to our grocery lists and it shows up on the other's iPhone Grocery Gadget. The shopping list is in order by the grocery store aisle, so we know which aisles we need to visit and which to skip. (To download this app from Apple, please click here. Android users download this app here.) As with any truly useful organizing app, there is the time consuming detail input to get a working grocery list, but after that, the app saves so much time and effort. I've been using it for a couple of years.

Camper's Favorite Money-Saving App

Sanidump is one of my favorite apps that I used this summer. And it is free! We have a camper and took it on vacation. There were times we did not stay at a campground. With Sanidump, I was able to find a place close to where we were to dump our camper black and gray tanks and rinse them out. Using it, we were able to keep our tanks clean and odor free during this long trip. (To download this app from Apple, please click here)

Get Trusted Tips

Being the frugal individual that I am, I often use Trusper to find additional ways to save money or get tips from people on so many different subjects. It's amazing! (To download this app from Apple, please click here. Android users download this app here.)

Manage Accounts in One Place

With Mint.com, you can manage all your accounts in one place. I love it! I've been using Mint.com online for three years and I couldn't live without it. I just recently downloaded the app and it's got some quirks, but there's nothing like being able to check your accounts and budget from anywhere. (To download this app from Apple, please click here. Note to Self: Get This App

I love Evernote! I can use it on any device I have (two computers and a tablet, in my case). It is very handy for organizing those snippets of information that I want to hang onto, but really don't know where to put. In addition to typing in information, one can scan it in or even copy from a website. I no longer have to worry about scraps of paper and written notes to myself. It also even has a reminder feature. Make Grocery Shopping a Little Easier with This App

I really like the iOS app weekly ads. It has the weekly ads for most stores and can show you a list based on location. It really helps when making out my weekly grocery list. (To download this app from Apple, please click here)
